Don’t adjust that dial … It’s the NEW 22gigantes website!

Don’t be alarmed and don’t touch that dial. I hope you like the new look and feel here at 22gigantes.com. The old design got, well, old. I realized that there were a lot of wasted pages and noise on the previous design, stuff that busy people like you didn’t really have time to read. So, I’ve trimmed off a lot of fat and am presenting you with a new format that I think you’ll like a lot.

There are a few new features I want to share with you real quick. I spend a lot of time on Twitter. Many of you are already following me there (if not, get with it and click here). There’s a ton of stuff that happens during the course of the day that doesn’t make it into my posts here on the website. So the first thing you’ll notice over there on the right is my Twitter feed. That’s where you’ll often find my in-game commentary and other quick tidbits about the Giants.

Under the stuff I’m tweeting about, I’ve also added an RSS feed for the latest player news from FantasySportsPortal.com. They deliver multiple updates on players throughout the day, so if Madison Bumgarner blows a snot rocket in the 4th inning, you’ll probably hear it about it here.

Another new feature is the new and improved blog roll under the Player News feed. As much as I try to provide commentary on whatever’s happening with the G-men, I can’t cover it all. And, besides, the bloggers I have listed over to the right all have different opinions than me — and that’s what makes being a sports fan so much fun. Right off the bat I can tell you Fire-Sabean.com, 8th Inning Weirdness, and El Lefty Malo are all great reads.

If you’ve got a suggestion or two on how to make 22gigantes better, be sure to leave a comment.  Go Giants!
