This is a great book that has really got me motivated By Amazon Customer This is a great book that has really got me motivated! I have been following Kris’s life style program for a number of years but there are things in the book that I had let slip. I hadn’t used an activity tracker but after reading the book I bought one and my activity has tripled since I put the neglected principles of this book into action. I learned a lot of simple shifts that allow me to move a lot more throughout the day. My energy levels were always high but have improved dramatically just by making a few adjustments recommended in the book.The book provides valuable lessons about the method that you use to lose weight, which is the same method that you would need to use to keep the weight off. The book’s emphasis on developing a plan (or a lifestyle) now that will not only allow people to take off any extra weight but if they keep it up they can also make sure they don’t gain the weight back in the future. A little more work on the plan but totally worth it in the long run! Great book!!I have always looked for different diets and always thought that it was my food that was the problem and what I had to change in order to lose weight. I never considered things like my quality of sleep, how much I relaxed or managed my stress and how they play a big role in weight loss and maintenance. I have a totally new perspective on how to lose weight or as this book keeps pressing on: how to keep the weight off. I have a much more balanced lifestyle since I have implemented some of the tools I learned in this book!
