By Smooshiest I must say that this is the one business related anthology I have found to be a benefit to your career, whether you're starting out or nearing the end. The advice applies not only to the entrepreneurial spirit in me, but also to day-to-day life situations. It's a great tool-kit loaded with many ways to approach your career and/or life. I find that Office Culture is one of the most important aspects of any company; knowing you have control over that, especially if you set the cultural goals from day one and enforce them, will help your employees work more efficiently. Kay Koplovitz details this idea quite well. For companies whose office culture is broken, there are even tips to fix it and move on as if the goals were set from the get-go. Bravo to Mary Jesse for this insightful advice. Lastly, companies need a leader who others will want to mimic. I recommend Erika Andersen's "Lead So Others Will Follow"; whether you're heading a start-up or a seasoned company, your employees will be sure to respect you if you follow this credo. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful.
