By Victory7 This is a very well written manifesto for revitalizing one's health via a sound, nutritionally-based program. The info is well organized, thoughtful, and in laymen's terms so that the average man, woman, or even a teen could relate to. And, I absolutely love the delicious recipes which although have many ingredients are very simple to make and very tasty to boot!The format for the various exercises along with the photos help the reader to "spot" themselves as they learn to use their own body weight to address problem areas and become physically fit.
