The paragraph listings are generous with detailed information and the directions for each meal is very clear. When you combine clean writing with clean eating you get a really well written book! She decided to study health and wellness so she could help others to stop wasting their time being discouraged, as she had, with their outward appearance. She struggled with her weight throughout childhood and decided enough was enough. She has a deep passion for helping others reach their goals of optimal health, as she understands the connection between food and how it makes us all feel.
