By M J Henry 21 Fat Loss Secrets by Sampson Sharpe provides a variety of tips and ideas for anyone who is trying to reduce body fat. I think we all know that we need to consume more liquids, but in this book you are given facts about good liquids and bad liquids along with the benefits of these liquids. I was unaware of the benefits of cabbage based liquids so learning that these liquids can help to reduce up to ten pounds in one week was very helpful to me.The book also provided information about adding organic foods to your diet and the benefits of that. Stress is discussed, as well as tips about the traditional diets of a number of other countries that we could initiate into our own diets. In the section of the book about myths, I learned that some of the things I believed were really good might have some hidden problems. I’m a person who uses honey as a curative food and to help with weight loss. Now I know that I have been doing this all wrong. I also learned that I can’t use genetics as an excuse for body fat (sigh). And did you know that during a cycling workout you should do low intensity cycling longer than you do the high intensity. This book tells all about that as well.Basically I think I learned quite a bit about fat loss that I thought I already knew. This book gave me the “rest of the story”. Good overview By Marta This book could be called: Healthy Lifestyle for Beginners. I am glad to see that the Author promotes healthy and balanced lifestyle for healthy fat loss( no false claims, no fads). I was familiar with most of the tips but I found this book to be a great reminder and a motivational read to keep on track. Will definitely be hitting the gym with HIT. I was happy to see that there is also a mention on Ayurveda and the Mediterranean Diet. The healthy, southern European diet definitely worked great for me( I have been living in Spain for many years). Originally from Poland( there is an interesting fact mentioned about my country and found it quite truth- the Poles tend to eat in rather than to eat out and they eat healthy) I grew up on pretty much organic foods, never tried the American diet and never will. I don't want to kill myself. In short- from my personal experience I can tell you that this short ebook is packed with useful info that can help you restore balance, health and burn fat.
