The book lays out a great set of questions to help in the interview process. My previous interview/hiring process was based strongly on personality with the idea that "I can train sales, I can't train personality." After reading this, it made sense... I couldn't have been more wrong when it came to hiring a true sales person. I was interviewing and hiring clerks. I'm looking forward to putting the questions into practice.
