By Howard Levenson I bought this book because I was looking to make some healthy changes in my life.The book is conveniently divided into chapters so you can pick and choose where to dive in to and begin to learn to make changes in the area that best fits your needs.The book can be read cover to cover, or in manageable pieces to easily fit in during breaks in your busy day. I really like the "harmonious tips" that appear throughout the chapters. These are quick things you can get started with immediately, which will motivate you to continue making changes and see results. This book is easy to read, written in a conversational voice which feels like you are with a close friend. The author is someone who clearly has been there and has challenges like the rest of us!
