In fact, it has given essential info about this diet that any first timer must read before actually starting on the diet. I think this book is a very crucial read, it has discussed facts that are needed in order to succeed with the Ketogenic diet. And of course, the 100+ recipes are a big bonus too. I just wish there were some pictures to show each recipe. It’s an approach that makes the reader feel more at home. The second person point of view is also very effective with this topic. Discussed are not only the good parts of ketogenic diet but also the side effects which helps give the reader an expected view of what can be experienced including the details of how one can deal with these effects.
