I found this home for about half its value using the www.mitchbuyshouses.com idea By Michael Walloch The book is very well laid out and organized. The most helpful thing to me was all the free ways to find deals in the book. Now, whenever I get stumped I just can use the book to brainstorm ways to find more profitable deals. It's also really down to earth and easy to read. If I were new to flipping homes I would get this book and call other investors in my area when I found a deal to see if they want to just buy the lead from me. That way a person can get paid to learn without needing to have money or experience.For the expert investor, you can never have too many deals. That would be like saying you have too much gold or too many oil wells. If you are doing really well investing, you will probably make an extra pile of money a year off just one or 2 ideas in the book that give you an "ah ha!" moment. I know a guy who used the "Youth Sports Team" idea in the book and wound up doing an extra 2 deals a month which will add up to millions of dollars.The market is really hot right now so we investors need all the tricks we can get to find good deals on houses, so it's timing couldn't be better. By dawoolf I have real estate investing courses costing $1000 or more which do not cover 1/10th of the solid, step-by-step, actionable details Mitch spells out in this book.Finally, someone who has actually done hundreds of deals tells us exactly what to do, and how to do it.Any ONE of the hundreds of resources he gives as a bonus are worth a hundred times the price of the book.Get lots of sleep before you start reading it because you won't get any after you do. Your mind will be reeling with the possibilities.I was averaging buying a house every month until I read this book. Authentic and Practical By Evellyne E Austin I had the privilege to meet Mitch Stephen a couple of years ago. We spent a couple of hours talking real esate, investing, and life in general. Mitch is very authentic. He doesn't sugar-coat the need for hard work and dedicated focus. His new book is an excellent how-to guide complementing his previous autobiographical book that highlighted the possibilities for others following their dream of financial independence.I am eager to implement Mitch's nuggets of real estate investing wisdom as I continue to refine my own business model.
