The Q&A "true or false" chapter at the beginning of the book was a perfect start to a book that was easy to read and hard to put down. It love how it flows. Good structure.Author is a talented writer with a gift for storytelling. He's got a head of a researcher and the heart of a novelist. His case study is both interesting and in-depth. It's as if I actually know the protagonist of his story, though obviously I don't. So true to life.The tone the book is irreverent yet respectful. It's relaxed and yet there's this palpable urgency to the author's voice. He gets across profound wisdom with a playfulness of a child. He communicates bitter truths sweetened with wit. All this makes for one fascinating read.If you're NOT looking for quick weight-loss, if you truly care about your overall wellbeing (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual), if you want to take charge of your life (starting with your food habits), then you'll find this book both useful and inspiring. That gives a great overview of the book as a whole and provides the readers with valuable insight and knowledge right at the beginning. I feel like the information Sage Reddy gives us is customizable. For example, instead of other diet books that give you a list of recipes and tells you when to eat and what to eat, Reddy just tells us to have regular meals (1st food habit!!) and how that would be beneficial to us. I'm 5'-11", and was a fit 180 in the miitary. When I became a floor salesman, and didn't go to the gym, my weight got to 217. People thought I had a beer belly, but I never drank. I just got fat because of stagnation. When I was 148, my doctor told me to eat whatever I wanted to gain. I had fast food, chips, and soda. I got back to 205 in about two moths. I was just stuck in that deadly loop. I've began to lose weight again, and Sage Reddy confirmed my intentions were correct. This book is very informative in body as well as mind.
