I felt energized and motivated enough right after I read these books. Each of them is related and I just can’t wait to start in my diet program. Together with the DASH diet, you can have series of simple exercises just to keep those bones flexible and healthy. And what better way to end your strenuous workout than refreshing smoothies that are safe and easy to prepare!
