I'm not even planning to have a baby...at least not soon...and I'm using it as a daily guide to well being – and it covers fatigue, swelling, leg cramps. hair changes, and constipation too! I love the spa water and am now drinking warm lemon water instead of coffee or tea in the am, and I love it. PS - make note of the dirty dozen and clean fifteen.
