I like that each recipe has the nutritional info with it. I like that healthy foods are incorporated as the base for most of these recipes. Lots of vegetable based dinners, fruit and green salads and (healthy avocado) parfaits.In my opinion, too many diet recipe books spent too much space filling up the book with recipes that while technically do follow the diet rules, are either deep fried, or made with foods that generally lack fruits, veggies or dietary fiber.
