I like that each recipe has the nutritional info with it. I like that healthy foods are incorporated as the base for most of these recipes. Lots of vegetable based dinners, fruit and green salads and (healthy avocado) parfaits.In my opinion, too many diet recipe books spent too much space filling up the book with recipes that while technically do follow the diet rules, are either deep fried, or made with foods that generally lack fruits, veggies or dietary fiber. Wheat belly diet is the best diet I ever known so far. This book will guide us on how we can make different delicious and healthy meals. Those recipes can be easily prepared and cooked. This book will give us the step-by-step procedures on how we can make different delicious and healthy meals. It will also tackle here the benefits of wheat belly diet and why we need to eat wheat free. I particularly love the Wheat Free Blueberry Pancakes and the Homemade Vegetable Soup. Great advices: these nice recipes make easy to change eating habits. I was a slave of sandwiches, pizzas and traditional sweets. Now I'm just changing eating habits. I notice that I'm not tired anymore, in fact, I have always a lot of energy! And even foods that are found in my fridge are different. Really interesting and recommended!
